Zombie Tips and Info
Lets See if we cant get some of the information and text together for the website
I know we need info for all of the zombie species as well as info for the survival and zombie history page...
We could can all do part of the info and combine it all on thursday...
please pick one...
Zombie Species - general info and facts.... not too long (has to fit in the cards)

Great Job!
Everyone is doing really good and there is minimal slacking going on. We now have a .com version of our Zombie411 logo. Yeah! The file sharing thing is really cool. Please put any finished parts in whenever you have more material. I need to put some stuff in myself. We will talk about it more tonight!

Zombie 411 file compilation
I gave joe a copy of the hand image that I made as well as some of the common files that I have been keeping such as fonts, vectors, brushes and the completed photoshop layouts for the games page and the card front for the species page and a few of the zombie species themselves.
I also have a collected all the wok files such as the basic template pdf and the division of labor.
anyways....
I have attached all the files and organized a folder system that will allow us to keep all the content that we are building organized and up to date....
please add the files that you have made and we will update everyone on thursday.

Photoshoot
Erik will be taking pictures in class of us as zombie survivors. Bring accessories if you have them like maybe a bandana some cool pants and a coat? Whatever you can think of that looks zombie survivor-ish.
He can also photoshop us to look like we are zombies. So if you want ot wear something zombie-ish you can do that too. We have these zombie types left: demonic,graveyard,clown, and prom zombie types....

The Happennings
Justin will do clown and fix the amazingly good logo and take pic of Eriks hand. Erik will volunteer hand to have picture taken of. Kevin is doing mummy for the species quiz. I will finish the other two. Erik will do all the drawings for species page by next week! Justin is doing a .com version of the logo and also a wallpaper. He will brain storm in order to do this. Joe will finish the navigation and send to everyone in group via e-mail.

ZOMBIE UPDATE
In two weeks we need to show a work in progress so I'd like us to have at least a somewhat functioning site up by then.
In order to do that we need to have a basic functioning hand navigation done. (Joe let me know if you need help)
We have the logo done by Justin which is great. I think we all need copies of the logo if we want to use it in our games, etc.
I have started doing the history page and am doing the black background using cream E8D39A for the lettering. That seems to be working out pretty good.We also need to come up with a font that we will all use so that it all flows together(nothing too crazy) and a font size. Anyone have a favorite font?

MM50 Concept Proposal
HOME - maybe a flash intro?
SURVIVAL - (games and info) Possible Zombie Fighting Weapons: machete, shotgun, handguns, machine guns, hammer, chainsaw, knives, power tools, fists (only recommended for Chuck Norris) *we can make a game where you pick the weapon or something like that and another game for making it through the town or city ha-ha!
SPECIES - (photo gallery with descriptions) water/pirate zombie, clown zombie, dog zombie *anyone have a dog we can dress up?*, voodoo zombie, prom zombie. *we need to take a lot of funny pictures for this one
HISTORY - (info with maybe video elements?)
Voodoo Zombies
In Haiti it is believed some practitioners of voodoo would use magic to bring the recently deceased to life and use them as slaves. This may have been done through the use of a magic powder made with toxins from spiders, lizards and mostly from the deadly “porcupine fish.” This powder would cause paralysis making the human appear dead. Later, when the human was revived a zombie was made!

The domain name has been purchased and a database has been set up. I'll make it where the rest of the team can register, login and post their own blog entries soon enough.
We can discuss a color scheme and a better logo on Thursday.
(Also, I set up a home page counter just incase anybody's going to care about that kind of stuff.)
